I've been reading on the Garcinia Cambogia extract. This is the #1 pill for weight loss. The pills are a little on the big side. BUT the effects are awesome. My first day, I didn't really notice a difference. However, by the second, I noticed that I wasn't snacking like I normally did. I wasn't reaching for the snack cups near as much. I haven't officially lost weight, but I could see it in the near future. If I can quit the snacking and stay active, I think I can begin to lose the weight. I'm very happy with the results.
